Is the walkthrough actually free?
Yes — the walkthrough itself, completely. The onboarding packet ($397) is a separate, later decision, and this page isn't a bait-and-switch for it.

What format is the walkthrough, and when do I get it?

What does the walkthrough cover?

What's the difference between general liability and professional liability insurance for an Idaho Medicaid provider?
They're different policies, and they aren't interchangeable. The state's own instructions specifically warn about this, and it's still the mistake most people make on the first try. The walkthrough covers which one the process calls for and how to show it.
Is the walkthrough current with the state's process?
The state's own instructions get revised periodically. The walkthrough shows its last-updated date and gets updated when the process changes.
Should I read this before I decide whether to leave my agency?
Yes. That's what it's for — walking through the whole process once, in order, with someone who's already registered, before you decide whether going independent is right for you.
